Re: My wife is gonna kill me....

Sorry no pics tonight as light not good but will get these asap - I just need to know from you guys if it's a project I can undertake myself. All I know at the moment is that the outside appears in reasonable condition but the handle pulls freely with no coin inserted and there are a couple of loose...

Re: My wife is gonna kill me....

Well they arrived today - the Big Cherry seems to work just fine...could maybe do with a bit of a spruce up but not too much. The Sega Phonographic I think needs a fair bit of work....and to be honest I would have no idea where to start :(

Might need to post some pics?

Re: My wife is gonna kill me....

I will tell her at opposite ends of the country :) She knows I'm a bit mad at the best of times but most of the time she just shakes her head and lets me get on with it....I didn't even know there was a manufacturer called Buckley. The guy did say that it separates from the stand....I hope it does s...

My wife is gonna kill me....

She doesn't know it but I have bought a machine on Ebay - it was listed as a Big Cherry and the only reference I can find to that is a Buckley Big Cherry so not sure if anyone can shed any light? The best thing is he is throwing in another machine (not seen it) that he says is for repair as has been...

Re: So many questions....

Quite possibly the friendliest board I have been on in a good while so thanks for the warm welcomes and advice. I'm up in Scotland so everything is a pain to get up here - had to get the Aristocrat couriered up either that or drive down (which I don't mind). Would love to have a few different machin...

Re: New to the forums

Thanks for the warm welcome!! I will take some pictures when I get home tonight and put these on asap - no lights on the machine. As far as I can see, it is totally mechanical. Silver in colour....although I believe there were other colours on this model. Will do some searches on the forum and see w...

Just need to find a nice home for ...
