OK, this tells me the motor is working. The problem is likely to be with the gearbox. Your motor is an older version and the gearbox is riveted to the motor. The newer ones are clipped on. Have you tried the 2 blue motor wires connected direct to a 240 volt supply, or have you only tested it when wired into the machine?
