Bingolette ... Part missing!

Just dug out a Bingolette from storage, cleaned up very well but didn't pay out. Noticed a gap on the mechanism, presume it's a solenoid unit missing. Would this be the culprit? Anybody got any breakers around for a spare or is there a work-around? !PUZZLED!

Re: Auction today

Ridiculously cheap, would have bought most of these at that price, especially the early stuff. Never seen the Argyle fortune teller. A well kept secret auction! Think the seller should be disappointed.

Re: Unusual UK conversion on a Jennings

I think ill informed. They believe they are buying original machines. If they knew the Nostalgia machines were made in China, don't think they would touch them.

Re: The Late Maurice Felce

Just read this sad news. I met Maurice over thirty years ago and can remember visiting them in 1993 at there home were he showed me his fabulous collection. He was always helpful and helped me with various projects. I remember my daughter who was three at the time treasured the soft toy pat gave her...

Re: Brenner "Ball Past The Arrow"

I have one which has been in storage for fifty years in a hotel.
The previous said they thought that it had been purchased new along with another Brenner machine in 1966. So it had only been used for four years. I found accounts for the takings in the cashbox.

Re: J & M Triomphe + Schülke Loreley shooters

Thanks for the great info and pictures. Does not look like I will be finding a gun any time soon!
Love the coinslot with double slot, don't think I have seen another for different size coins for the same value.

Re: Early shooter by New Polyphon

I do have a shooter which I presume is German but made for the British market, as on old penny, and has the word light on the gun slot casting. Any connection to yours? I am looking for a gun or a picture of one for this.

That's correct, also the coin chute which sides on top of the jackpot is wider. I seem to remember that the front casting is also deeper, I think!

Finally dug out the J&M Giganta. Got to say that it's well engineered and different from the usual mechanisms.
