Hi, I have seen this Allwin Five Win for sale but the mechanism in the back is different to another one I have, anyone seen this set up before and is it correct? it does payout coins but I cannot see how it would do it with this.

I don't think I'm familiar with this one. How do you know it pays out coins? Is that what the seller said?
It looks like it's designed to vend packets of some sort. I guess it could vend coins if you put them in packets...

It'd probably help if this part was fitted correctly.
It should be fitted horizontally instead of upside out.

Yep - looks like a win a cig or similar.

This the front of the machine and looks like it's a coin slot at the front and not wide enough for whatever it's vending. Seems something has changed at one point. Was interested in it but looks like it's wrong and won't vend anything through that slot.

As others have suggested, it looks like it might vend a single cigarette, but that would still be too wide for the penny payout slot. Strange mismatch.

Looking on the inside on the award hole, it looks big enough for the prize and the coin return plate on the front does not look right with newer screws, so wonder if this has been stuck on.

Anyone know where I could get a new opening to dispense the cigarettes? Im trying to get this and just planning to see if I can get the parts first.

I think it unlikely that you will find a suitable casting, but you could fabricate something I guess. The one below is typical of the period.
