Howdy and welcome to the forum.

Suggest you post two photos.
One of the playfield, so we can more easily identify the manufacturer and model.
One of the mechanism so we can see exactly what is missing.

I (like many of us) have boxes full of rusty bits ..... errrr .... I mean ...... valuable, never to be found again spare parts.

Hi, :D I can not help you with the part you want, but it would help others if you can say what make your allwin is,or post a photo of the back of the allwin door so we can see what is missing  ,good luck with the search.

Is there still a 250 kb picture size limit on the forum?

The picture file size limit is a very generous 4 MB - so 250 KB should be no problem provided your connection isn't too slow.
As JC says - just click Browse from the message posting form, select the image file (jpg, jpeg, gif etc.) from your computer and click Open in the pop-up window. Then you can click Add the file or, if you have finished your message, Submit.

Forum member Retreeva has a large supply of allwin spares.
