"Having a wonderful time"

I can only assume it's the guy dressed as a Polk Hi-Top who's having the wonderful time  Does the young lady think doing that will get her more winners?

Great picture and was obviously a common card at the time in Vegas as there are loads for sale on US ebay. The Mint Casino would make a great poster. It is a shame you do not see many postcards of UK amusement arcades from the inside. In fact, I don't think I have seen one. I am sure someone will come up with loads of them now.

In the casinos in the US, most of the Hi Tops - in fact, of all machine types, seem to have top flashes to attract the punters and I guess they were screwed through the top casting. In fact, I have a Hi Top with two holes at the top. My assumption may be wrong, but I would guess that this must be the case with the majority of them, but oddly they are rarely seen.
