Hi Lukas,
That's a British Manufacturing Co. Over the Falls or Climbing the Alps wall machine. They're rare, although the example below was seen on ebay UK recently. Like a lot of early BMCo games, they're extremely simple, hand-painted and coin-return only. You try to shoot the penny with just enough force to drop it down the 'falls' without overshooting. Sister games are Dodge-Em, Lifeline and Miniature Cricket.
