Lovely looking machine, I'm not all that knowledgable about bandits but the casting section around the real windows area is extremely similar to the Mill Poinsettia casting. Did Mills take over production of Fey machines?

I am not into '20s American bandits, they all looked the same to me, and you're right, this looks like a Poinsettia and the top like a Caille......all merged into one.

Always thought they started to make more interesting designs in the '30s, like the Extraordinary etc.

Would agree with that TF, I think the Extraordinary is a great looking bandit with its design that celebrates Art Deco and the 1930s, a strong form that reminds me of the Chrysler Building.

I agree with the pair of you.
I've had a few of the '30s three reelers and soon moved them on.
They look impressive yet once you've pulled the 'andle you've played 'em all really!

A $1 slot manufactured in 1929 maybe not the brightest idea in hindsight. I'd like one in my collection, if only for its impressive "guide price value", probably linked to being only three known examples to still exist globally?

Silver dollar play only really took off post WW2.
I have a couple, this 1946 Jennings is my favorite because of the huge 1000 coin jackpot that falls into the holding drawer below!
