Hi all, from sunny OXFORDSHIRE.
To celebrate V.E. Day, have any members got any pictures of W.W.2 related machines that they would like to show us?

Nice picture Cliff, I haven't seen a B.M.Co Aeroplane before with eight planes? Here is mine, plus another 1930s machine. I think that they must have done well in the arcades up to and during the war.

A great collection Paul, here is an auto-payout version of your BMCo Airplane, not quite WWII or spitfires but nevertheless lovely aircraft castings.

Another Airplane with a different top flash.

Some great looking machines there Paul. I've put the
Spitfire and the
Victory Cups in the Museum (under your name). I could identify the Spitfire from the top flash on this example from the
WW1 and WW2 related machines topic:
Do we know what the similar allwin with the gold aircraft is called (in your first post, 3rd picture)?

Looks like it has a worn decal right in the centre that says "AIRPLANE".

Are we looking at the same machine? I still can't see it. But I can see "Defiant" (followed by "Reg Design"), which I recall now is what it's called. I've put it in the
Museum.

Hi all,
Yes PM, it's a giant Olly Whales machine called DEFIANT. The other, smaller, one is indeed the SPITFIRE and the last one I purchased. I thought this one was rare-ish, but have since seen about four, one being a front that was on flea bay for months. It must have sold in the end.
