Mills Cascade

Post by pennywise »

Hello guys,
Just got my hands on this Mills Cascade but cannot find any info on them. Only found one picture online and colourwise is the same, so could anyone tell me if it is original? Missing a few springs and coin tube but reels spin great. Also, how common are these, because it doesn't look like the Mills I've seen before? So before I rip it to bits, any info would be great, thanks.

It just about could have been made by Mills (although only when they were called Bell-o-Matic). They made several versions of the Compact and the basic shape is right but not the finish (separate belly, coin entry and window frame) or possibly an early Sega from the days just after they bought out the Mills tools. The latter would be my guess.

Hello,
When you say pictures of the inside, do you mean the case or the mech?

Sorry for the long delay Andy, been non stop pal. It's the mech and coin accepter I'm wanting pictures of. I had one given and trying to find out what is missing in mine apart from the coin tube.
I think the coin accepter is missing parts also, so would be most helpful if you could take some pics of yours all around the mech and hopefully I will be able to spot what is missing from mine.
Regards Pennywise.
