Reel spins but stops more quickly than the other 2 reels. It's gradually coming along but still not freely spinning.

Hi there, I recently purchased a Liberty Bell Sports Trade Stimulator. It is reel #1 not spinning. I have fixed a number of issues with this machine but, can't figure this one out. I can attach pictures. Any input would be much appreciated....thanks in advance

Hey all, I am new to trade stimulator collecting. I purchased a Puritan Baby Bell recently and when it brakes the wheels are not aligned. Wondering if anyone knows how to align the wheels?
