I believe there has been one floating around the midlands for a couple of years. It has major problems and originally went through an auction house for a low price reflecting quite accurately the missing bits and condition. The new owner did nothing with it though and after some months it reappeared...

Wow BP, thank you for the great tip. You certainly have an eye for the finest of detail, it's not something I would have ever considered as being a possible cause.
