Be careful when pulling it all down.
It's not unusual after undoing a nut & bolt clamp on the mech to find it's also got a stainless steel pin through the two parts.

Chances are you originally took them with your iPhone in that aspect and then edited them the right way round when you loaded them onto your 'pooter. I'm puzzled as to why it has half the trip for a side vendor attached.
I've never seen a Sega fitted with a side vendor before.
Are the casting serial numbers Mills or Sega?
You mention the escalator needing a fiddle, what's the problem with it?
