Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

When you the say the mechanism is in the wrong place, what do you mean It's like the whole coin mech has been removed at some point and been put back on the wrong side of the plate that holds it in the machine at the top.So the slot where you put the pennies in is too far away from the front of the...

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

Hi Guys, I've decided to sell this bandit to fund the purchase of another arcade cab as it's just sitting in my lounge and not getting played at all. I thought I would ask here if anyone wants it or knows someone who is after this type of machine before I put it on ebay and get asked a load of quest...

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

I've always known them as 'one armed bandits' from when I was a very young. All by friends and family call them that too, maybe it's a regional thing here?

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

Best show us a photo of the inside as you've mentioned a hopper which makes me suspicious that it's an electric payout. Sorry, my fault, I don't know the lingo, I'm just throwing technical terms around willy-nilly. It's definitely mechanical. I thought the hopper was the chute that held the payout ...

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

Cheers guys, I'll have a look and see what I can do. What was there originally? Does anyone have any pics? I've got a feeling the coin mech has been moved too - it is mounted behind the holding bracket at the mo and a small piece of plastic plumbing pipe has been added to the coin insert bit to hide...

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

There was a comb wedged inside the machine blocking the arms that control the sprung payout sliders, after removing that it started paying out properly. I've fixed the coin mech now too so it doesn't constantly jam. I think it is missing a chute that goes from the top of the hopper to the cashbox be...

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

Cheers PennyMachines, I'll do some reading up after I finish this post. Here's the promised photo's, sorry about the quality, the camera on my phone is a bit rubbish. It seems to be mostly working, however it doesn't seem to want to pay out when you get a winning line and there's about a 50% chance ...

Re: Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

Cheers, I'll post the pictures tomorrow evening when I get back from work and get the machine off the van. It looks exactly like the aristocrat in this post https://pennymachines.co.uk/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1694 Except mine has tic tac toe instead of gold medal themed glass. Apparently it wo...

Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe

Hi all, I picked up my first fruit machine today, an Aristocrat Kingsway Tic-Tac-Toe. It's in nice condition and apparently works fine. I was working in a house in Leamington Spa today and I spotted it in the customers garage and got talking to them as I have a few video arcade machines. Anyway they...
