Yup these are Insulls too, there is a superb video from Pathe, of Len Insull Snr (his first name was John but he went by Len) making a Animated Gnome display for a Department store, you can see the similarity in the style of the heads (mouth, eyes etc)....

I stand corrected, but to me it looks spot on insull, if you have a look at some of the Al Jolson or band working models, they are very similar. It could be Len Insull Jnr, but I'd imagine it was Snr (his father) who mainly made Vent Dummies.

Managed to get the front panel off today. Unfortunately no key for the lock :( , but was able to unscrew the brackets holding it in place inside and then slide it out.
