I think "Regent" was made by J&M or Hoffmann (company was sold to J&M) only for foreign countries.

There should be two versions: with a difficult bullet loading system, and with a "gun" which shoots a long metal bolt at the target. There was also a non-coin operated version for home use only. Version on your postcard seemed to be with "bolt". I only knew two machines with bolt...

Billard type table game with payout. Patented 1907 for Automatenwerke GmbH Hamburg.
If you lift (tilt) the cabinet, a massive block of lead moves and locks the payout system.
