Re: So what’s this?

Thanks. I did wonder if it might be bmco as there were a few other bmcos in the batch I had. But this one was different and I couldn’t find anything similar in terms of layout or mech online.

So what’s this?

Having almost completely thinned out my pile of allwins in need of restoration I now have 2 left. An Olly Whales Easy 9 and this one. Any ideas what it is? It has some sort of auto payout mech which I’ve not seen before. Can’t use it because currently seized, but will clean up fine. It appears the m...

Re: Allwin restoration projects on Ebay

I've already done about 10 from this batch of 25 machines. All in similar states. I just got diverted into EM pinball machines so never finished the rest hence deciding to let them go. The ones I did came up pretty well in the end but do need a bit of TLC - time, love and carpentry! BTW There are tw...

Re: Allwin restoration projects on Ebay

The 8 went for £2225 in total. Can’t post all but here’s a flavour. I have 4 remaining machines I’m deciding whether to fix or sell.

Allwin restoration projects on Ebay

Not sure if this is the right place or even allowed (in which case just let me know and delete) but for those interested I've just listed 8 allwin restoration projects on ebay. Oliver Whales, Wondermatics and BMCo machines needing lots of TLC. Just search ebay for 'allwin project' or look for me on ...

Re: Rotamint Fruits

You should be able to see which by looking at the thickness of the payout slide? 3d pieces are about twice as thick as sixpences and the slide will reflect this. If you want to post some clear pics of the coin mech I might be able to remember what I did! I no longer have the machine to look at.

Re: Rotamint Duett

Hi! I’m in Newcastle on Tyne. Mine took thrupenny bits. What’s the prob with the coin mech? Mine was a pain to get working and in getting it to work I suspect I made it less picky about rejecting dodgy coins, but that wasn’t really a concern for me.
