Anything figural that moves, and/or vends a fortune card, will support £1 price of play if single sited, from Fortune Teller machines, Peppy the Clown, Sooty Band, Pelham Puppet Show, etc, even Treasure Cave provided that a quality prize is vended.

The 'gruesome twosome' couple from Bedworth that sold the bulk of their collection to the Scarborough Fairground Collection had one in the odds and ends they had left and sold on eBay, not working it sold for around £100 I think. I've seen versions of this machine on old large 10p ( 2 shilling coin)...

I went to an architectural salvage fair and the Saturday was an absolute washout, but the Friday and Sunday were nice and sunny.

Started off slow and quite a few bidders up to £15,000 and then just a couple slogging it out after that; a couple of last second bids from those that had dropped out pulling back in again along the way.
