Can anyone identify the spring on my Jennings? It has detached itself and I'm not sure of its function. :!?!:

Jennings Chinese Front Restoration - decal required

I'm currently restoring a Jennings Chinese front bandit. I'm looking for help on restoring the transfer on the side of the cabinet. Does anyone know where I can obtain them?

Bleached Jennings Chinese front lenses

Topic moved & merged - Site Admin.

Hi.
Can anyone give me some guidance on how to bring the colour back to the lenses? I've cleaned them with warm water, but the bleach markings have not gone away. Can they be sprayed and then lacquered to protect them?

Jennings handle screws

Does anyone have a spare screw that would have fitted into the plate highlighted in the picture. I dropped one on the floor and lost it :dammit:

Re: Amicus Couriers

Update on Amicus Couriers. Have recently been in touch with Allan James and unfortunately, due to continuing illness of a close family member, he is not in a position to undertake work for the foreseeable future.

Re: Bryans Gapwin Project

This is the Gapwin I had. Hope this helps. Good luck on the chrome plating as it is now very expensive, the one I used in Manchester has now stopped re chroming as many have seemed to do.

How many sixpences does a Jennings hold before coins drop into cashbox

I've recently been cleaning up the coins slides and generally tidying up on a Jennings Bingo Belle I recently bought from a well know forum member, and I was a bit taken back on how many sixpences it now holds before the coins eventually drop into the coin box. Coin tube - 144 sixpences Coin slides ...

Re: Southport pier closed

If you look closely at the video that slotalot has posted, you can see the front of the tram that would cause the pier to eventually close. It was far too heavy for the pier. The pier was never the same when Clive left - very sad. Southport is the only place in the UK that crabs walk around with san...

Re: Southport pier closed

As I live in Southport, I feel I must add to this post. One of Southport main attractions is the pier, the second longest in the UK. Over the years it became unsafe, so about 10 years ago, they knocked it down and rebuilt it. Unfortunately, the pier was becoming too expensive to rebuild, so Sefton c...
