Don't forget that for the coin flicker you'll still need a bit of hardware to hold it in place, and that goes right through its center.

Canadian Halls packages are apparently the same size as old Spangles.

Definitely adding these to my want-list. I really like the innovative aspects of it. Are there other machines with similar play where you have to land 2+ tokens on sensors?
Maybe this kind of design is a one-off for the ages! (well, a one-off design with at least 4 re-skins).

Re: Fill Em Up questions
Ah sorry, didn't realize you were so far away! Yes the backflash is good on mine but then I paid good money for it (680 GBP). Can you not get a repro backflash done maybe? I'm sure it's possible to get a reproduction done, but it's only original once, right? It has some bubbling/buckling, so if it ...

Re: Fill Em Up questions
They look good together. Was that wooden pachinko cabinet custom-made? The trim was added to the pachinko cabinet by whomever was operating it. The stain on the trim is the same as on the machine itself, so I imagine it was a decoration but early on in its life. Hi, Not sure if it helps but I have ...

Re: Allwins
The payout slides might need a clean, that's what caused mine to pay incorrectly as they were sticking sometimes. Unsure if I'll do a full tear down, but I will eventually look into cleaning all of the slides. I've found the 3-ball columns reliably have issues, giving a full 6 coin payout, while al...

Re: Allwins
Ball dimensions of the Fill Em Up and similar machines have been discussed before. My machine didn't have any balls and I put 35 in at 9/16 inch diameter on the thought that being British they are most likely to be imperial. It works perfectly but I believe others have had success with close metric...

Re: Allwins
What's the difference between "generic pre-decimal pennies" and "Elizabeth pennies"?
I'll try the standard 9/16 bearings. But you should really put 45 in, to accommodate a maxed-out board. ;)

Re: Allwins
Follow-up: the payout levers seem to work fine now, perhaps just some old cobwebs needed to be shaken out. But now sometimes the payouts aren't quite 1 coin per ball, so I might have to look into that. Are thin coins a common problem with payout mechs like these? My write up: http://pinballnovice.bl...
