I agree the coach lines on this one were not originally painted but as others have said there are a lot of US versions with the lines painted and it liooks good. I have never painted the line surrounding reel window on one of these but I do wonder why,if it was never painted on any model, is it (a) ...

I don't know if would work, but have you tried Letraset "safmat" adhesive printing film? It works on Laser and IJ printers. I use 8 * 10, but I believe they do bigger sizes.

Here is a photo of a good condition version, so not a lot of difference as far as the case is concerned. A little work and good as new. Now what about the mech
