Re: Aristocrat Gold Star with cards on reels
Hi ivo, I ust sent a message. Maybe the other members have an answer for the following question. Is it possible that the spring is too strong for the slide so the slide pulls back too fast? This because the payout varies from 1 to 3 coins?

Re: Aristocrat Gold Star with cards on reels
Ivo here's a picture showing the difference between six pence and quarters. I think there should be a shortage of one with the 5 pay out. I don’t have a lot of sixpences at the moment sadly. I will send you a message.

Re: Aristocrat Gold Star with cards on reels
Evening ivo. The shortage of payout with one coin instead of three is too much for old Dutch quarter. Normally it have to pay out three coins I think. Sadly I don’t have a 6 pence machine at the moment so I can’t compare. Could it be a timing problem? Where do you live in the Netherlands? Greetings ...

Well I already got an answer and the museum is closed for good after the Covid disaster. Very sad I never visited the museum and sad some history has gone.

Re: EH / Collector Connector sales

There is still a nice jennings waiting for me at the elephant and also some nice machines recently on his site. The pace comet that’s now for sale i really like...

Re: Dutch Auction
Treefrog is right I think. That’s the reason I lost interest for the auction. The Pace machine, ABT shooter I would be interested in normally, but will have issues or a lot of work. The l'eclair shooter I did see at a collector last year but I am not familiar with. Too much risk for me. I don’t thin...

Re: Genco Pontiac pinball
I don’t know yet what coinage it will take. I did give it a quick clean because it was hanging on the wall in a bar for manny years. The toiletseats are a bit stiff but they work. There are only two reals present instead of four on the counter. Will be fun.

Genco Pontiac pinball
Today I picked my first pinball ever, a Genco Pontiac from probably 1934. I allways liked the looks of these machines but never came across one. This one has character I think with the indian heads and feathers on the playfield. It’s missing the rail to guide the ball into the game and the guides ne...

Re: Aristocrat Olympic Sweet 'n sour. Thats what I thought it is
Hi dennis, welkom op het forum! I did see this machine for sale and I thought it should be an Aristocrat Fiesta machine. I don’t have an Aristocrat but soon someone can tell you anything you want to know. On many machines there are symbols added to drop the payout, sometimes together with bugs on th...

Maybe they put the safety slide in the stack? Because the vertical plate is not high enough?

Re: Bally one armed bandit help
Hi evening,
I have a Bally since a couple of weeks and I had the same thing more or less. All I did was bend the slope a little upwards below the coin mech. Now it is on top of the slope of the hopper and working fine.
