I've got a Wonder Pools, an early Wonders Automatics machine, I believe. Great game, but a little tight on the payouts, operators must have loved it!

My brother Gary Megson gave me an antique old penny arcade game. It has Wonder Pools on the top and 4 football club names below. I think you call it bagatelle. Would any one have any information on this. Any information would be helpful thanks Neil

One assumes this is the Wonders machine, on which I believe the mechanism is the same as a number of the 3 ball bonus options, like the Win and Mystery, Win and Place etc...... Vividly remember the 'Pools Man' who used to knock every week and collect the coupon from my mum and dad. One line of 8 from 10 if I remember . The big question ....Littlewoods or Vernons?? No wonder there is high unemployment....we need 'Pools Men' back! Gamble against the recession.

Here is a pic of a Wonders machine not on your list. It is a Space Shot. It looks to be based on the Wonder Pools, with a different backdrop. I found this one recently and in great unrestored condition. Any info welcome.
