"The Jockey"
Anyone know anything about this machine from the US,
This machine has 6 marbles of different colors, colors representing a horse from the '20-'30s. You put a penny in, pull a handle and that brings the marbles up to the top of the box, they roll out and race down the ramps where there are pins to divert their position. First one to the bottom wins.

Re: "The Jockey"
I got more info and better photos from the owner and now it's clear it's a trade stimulator from the early 40s, a copy of an earlier machine called 'Steeplechase'. It spent its working life in a barber shop.

I could easily find counter space for this. The Yanks certainly knew how to make attractive looking machines.
