Think we forget to search the site before posting but another Whirlo came up 4 years ago in Germany and was posted on here.* Looks the same type of machine with handle in same position, coin entry and coin cup...as such not a one off and had Whales of Redcar marked on it, who knows which one was in Southern Auctions....could have been either

This could be from the era when Whales was associated with 'Uncle Clem', who was long involved with Caille refurbishments.
