Bryans Fruitbowl on continuous play!

Does anyone know how to fix a Bryan's Fruitbowl that has developed a fault - plays without putting a penny in the slot
The Fruitbowl has always played OK, but noticed yesterday that it now plays without inserting a penny in the slot.
It still pays out correctly, but you can have as many goes as you want free!!, an arcade owner's nightmare.
