Some of you may remember Roy Brooks a remarkably honest estate agent (Yes true Guv ! ) and his most famous book " Brothel in Pimlico ". He made his reputation by being brutally honest and quite often rude about the houses ( and their owners ). He was very successful and buyers and sellers alike swarmed to him. I wish there were more like him in the selling world.
