I have seen another one of these and they attributed it Athens, but I am not sure if they were right.

Ahrens did make a version called Within The Maze. There was also a version advertised in Bolland's catalogue called The Little Problem. I've seen versions the size of a small allwin, and some much bigger.

I'd say, give or take a few 'win' 'lose' labels and rubber ball stops, yours is the Bollands Little Problem.
