Unidentified Items

Post by cheeky »

Every now and again, I find a part and have no idea where it came from or what it fitted. These are my first two mystery items. I know one is a cashbox from something and the other a door thingy. Any ideas?

Feel free to add your items to this thread.

Never ceases to amaze me the number of unusual shaped cash boxes that come up, especially at collectors sales where no one knows what machine they belong to. I guess the older collectors who see these, maybe don’t know themselves, because the cash boxes are already missing on machines they own…….

There is a machine out there somewhere still waiting, looks like one of many earlier wall machines…..HaHa:

Only just seen your reply. I’m still scratching my head. Someone said the larger one was from a Wonders machine. Another a Rotalite. The mystery continues. !PUZZLED!

That makes sense. I can't remember when or where I acquired it but I seem to remember at the time someone mentioned about an Ahrens connection. It's funny what you forget to remember!!!!
