Losing It...........

Sometimes I have trouble finding my room at the place I now call home. However, when it comes to coin-ops I can remember intricate details of events that happened decades ago.
All of which brings to mind my encounter with a Caille Roulette machine.
I was vacationing in Sarasota Florida and mosied into a museum featuring musical instruments. To my astonishment they had a Caille machine for sale for $10,000. It had been consigned by Roy Arington whose auction house is now known as MORPHY... Today these machines sell for close to $200,000...
I lost out on the purchase because I was ten minutes late to an appointment but that's a story in itself.
Perhaps other members will be kind enough to share their stories on the machines that got away.
