2d Sega Windsor Playboy

I have a Playboy variant and love the theme, but this one is a bit weird. I have never seen a 2d bandit, or in fact any slot machine, other than vending machines and two player skill games. Very odd and wonder how they worked it as they used S10 coin acceptors.

These are electro-mech aren't they?
Perhaps the microswitch below the S10 operates a stepper switch with a cam that needs two impulses to engage the dog & anvil.
