Here are two other options from Playmatic.

Single player The 30's, which I have, and four player Speakeasy.

Notice the Speakeasy has the bandit handle on the correct side.

There's also at least one with a slot machine in the playfield. Can’t remember the name sadly!

Mills Hi-Boy is something similar.
It has a 3-reel mech. built into the bottom end of the playfield.
ArcadeMuseum.com wrote:The Mills Hi-Boy pinball game actually contained the mechanism from a Mills Mystery Bell Slot Machine. The bell mechanism is activated by inserting a coin and pulling its handle. The mechanism controls the lights on the backboard which shows symbols taken from Mills animal bell slots. If the player hit a jackpot, the payout was held back until the player got a ball into a hole marked 2000 or higher, then the player could collect their winnings. Players could also win a consolation prize of 3 coins by getting the ball into the 5000 hole.

But I think the "one-two-three" is the only pinball to play like a bandit and was designed as a "payout" machine even though this was mildly disguised as "free plays" and the machine had no coin payout built-in. All the others are bandit "themed" multi-ball machines with a standard roll-over numbers score panel. The 1-2-3 was a single ball machine that advanced the reels individually and in any order, a bit like a more complex "traffic lights" pinball. The Hi-Boy comes closest but still relied on a number score to pay out (although it did not have a number counter). Although earlier than the 1-2-3 by 2 years, it did have a payout. My guess is the 1-2-3 was an attempt to avoid gaming laws with its free play (converted to coins by an attendant). Interesting that the Hi-Boy used the same animal symbols as some of the 1-2-3s.

My most modern pinball is called Who Dunnit and it has a bandit on the playfield.
