The Handan-Ni machine looked very nice. Never spotted it! Thanks for taking the trouble to post these result roundups.

March saleroom results now in the Arena.

Anyone catch the price of the Jennings Governor sold by Advanced Auctions on 23rd?

Anyone seen a Super 1000 Noughts and Crosses before (sold today by Locke & England for £220? What's the game play)? Who made it? How does it play? Looks too modern for 1950s.
A 1950s 'Super 1000' noughts and crosses arcade machine. Not in working order (Does not turn on). No power cable to test. Unsure of missing pieces.

I thought someone would either have grabbed a bargain or be cussing they missed it!
Glad there were no Bryans Bumpers going cheap!
I would relax my no electric rule if someone has a Bryans Waterfall they don`t want |/XX\|

Sorry moonriver, I didn't think of you when I saw it. I just thought, 'what a wreck'! It could be rescued presumably, with time, great effort and another to copy from. :!?!:

The Ditchburns looked like a steal, and I agonised over having a bid, driving to Devon to collect and renting storage. I had assumed, like most auctions advertised online, they would not go unnoticed by the collectors.

The day before the auction and open air market I drove that way but didn’t want to drive it again the next day. I wonder how the atmosphere is at the auction with so many no sales. During the day there are many sellers and buyers at the open market. You would expect also more slot machines at auction. If there were more bandits, I'm sure I did the drive that day.

Well, apart from one or two, those prices are more like they were before Covid stupidity.
However when commissions start orbiting 30% and there's mutterings of VAT and for paying by card it does irritate me.
