John Hayward
John Hayward
I learnt Yesterday (purely by chance as it happens), that John Hayward died recently - his funeral was on Wednesday.
Although John had been off the scene for many years, his contribution to our hobby had been considerable back in the 70s and 80s, and he will no doubt be remembered by some of the older users of this forum.

Re: John Hayward
Sad news. I met John several times at auctions in the early days. He was quite a character!

Re: John Hayward
Very sad news as John was always there as an operator for many years and as a collector. There is very few of the old guard left.

Re: John Hayward
It's always sad to learn a name from the past has moved on.
You don't see a name for a little while, then you realise it's actually been years.
