The machine that treeefrog showed has the handle missing, so you can't move the bottom ledge. It would be impossible to get the ball into the winning cups. I was at the Eastbourne auction when it was sold. Also no keys, and I saw a lot of woodworm dust inside. Saying that I was interested, but it went up too much for my price range. A result really as soon after I bought a Samson Slick which also has the push in bar at the bottom.

Looping the Falls appears to be the name of this game, as evidenced by this early coin-return version.

PM, I imagine that probably isn't the same name as the earlier machines shown since they have more cups. BMCo seemed to have totally unique names for every single playfield variation no matter how small.

True... This one looks earlier than the others. An appropriate name given the playfield though.
