No idea where it is.
It looks to be an early machine as it has the individual strips making up the back flashes, which in my opinion should be retained and not replaced with new laminated copies of the original striped backflashes. Or even nos original Bryan's screen printed ones. Obviously changed to 1np at some stage.

Not convinced about the individual strips being original, bryans fan. The colour sequence is not correct for original backflash. It should be (from left to right) blue, yellow, red, white, green, red, yellow, blue.

It’s got the same machine on all 4 sides.

I believe bryans fan may be correct. A number of very early Bryans allwins have turned up over the years with these 'mosaic' backflashes, suggesting the screen printed, standardised flashes weren't available at first.

My guess is they arrived in 1956. That's when the redesigned version of the 'Pilwin Play' was introduced, called the 'Pilwin 56' (later, just 'Pilwin'). The Pilwin Play had a paper, hand-coloured flash, with a transparent plastic cover, and the Pilwin had a proper screen printed flash. It seems likely therefore that this was when the stripey flashes for Elevenses, Fivewin etc. were also made. Pilwin Plays and Fivewins were made from '53, Four Squares from '54 and Elevenses from '55, so if my theory's right, allwins made during that brief period before '56 should be the ones with the mosaic flashes.

I was going to put a more elaborate reply concerning the individual stripes in my initial post, but I have been feeling a bit under the weather having tested + for Covid on Thursday.
I haven't had the energy to respond to arrgee, so thank you PM, for stepping in. I believe these individual striped backflashes are quite rare, as I've only seen a very few examples, and I do believe them to be 100% genuine. This is why I think it's important to conserve them.
The 5 win is mine, and yes BP I have probably had it 15 years! It's on my to do list.

Pictures below are my 5 Win, and a Four Square which I must have found on the web and saved the pictures.

I don't mind the competition "bryans fan", it seems I'm still in the lead.
However I think you've given me a clue where I'm going wrong.
So, where do I get a to do list from?

I'm not sure how it can have the same machine on all four sides, when it has two different ones on the sides we can see.
It's odd having one side blocked by another machine, too. This arcade is short of space.
Tell me about it!

I hadn’t noticed, but all 4 sides were ‘similar’.

If anyone is interested it’s in an arcade at Cleethorpes!

Another Elevenses with the individual strips, early backflash, in the recent EH Auction.
